Shipping methods
Dear Customers, at the moment goods are being shipped using 3 methods
– Via Latvia Post – Worlwide shipping method
– Via Omniva parcel terminal – Baltic states
– UPS Express Shipping
On the checkout you will be provided with options to choose between standard parcel delivery and tracked parcel delivery. Once the goods are sent out, we will notify you with the email and provide you with the tracking information.
Where do We ship from?
We work with designers and artists from all over the world, Although our company is based in Latvia. Customer orders are being processed and shipped out from Riga – the beautiful capital city of Latvia.
Shipping and Delivery time
Once we received your order and confirmed the payment, we will process and send your parcel within 3 working days. Personalized gifts like wood USB, Wood cutting boards etc. that requires engraving may take longer time to process. Please check the description of these gifts on their specific pages.
Delivery time may vary depending on the Country you are in and the shipping method you have chosen.
Delivery via Latvia Post
– Delivery in Latvia – 2-3 working days
– Delivery to Lithuania, Estonia – 3-5 working days
– Worldwide delivery – Shipping time may vary slightly depending on the country you are located in. Average delivery time for this shipping method is 5-10 working days. If you chose tracked parcel delivery we will provide you with the tracking number, so you can check the location of your parcel and see the estimated delivery time. Please also be aware that Due to the current COVID-19 situation there may be a delay in delivery times.
Delivery via Omniva parcel terminal
This Shipping method is available only if you are located in Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania. Once you proceed to the checkout this delivery option will be offered to you automatically on the checkout page.
– Delivery time to Omniva parcel terminals located in Latvia – 2-3 working days
– Delivery time to Omniva parcel terminals located in Estonia and Lithuania- 3-4 working days

UPS Express Delivery
We also offer UPS Express delivery to certain countries. Express delivery is trackable and takes 4 – 7 working days for goods to arrive to destination.
Please note that goods are being shipped only after we have received the payment. Payment transaction time can be different depending of what payment method you have chosen.
Shipping costs
Latvia Post – shipping cost for this delivery method is calculated using weight based shipping type. Shipping cost will be calculated automatically on the checkout once you have chosen your destination country.
Omniva parcel delivery :
Omniva Latvia parcel terminals – 3.5 eur
Omniva Estonia, Lithuania parcel terminals – 7.5 eur
UPS Express Delivery – 15 euro
Custom fees
In most cases, customs fees do not apply but you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). Unfortunately, Moongifts has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
