Once we received your order and confirmed the payment, we will process and send your parcel within 2 working days. Personalized gifts like wooden USB, Wooden cutting boards etc. that requires engraving may take longer time to process. Please check the description of these gifts on their specific pages.

– Delivery to Lithuania, Estonia – 3-5 working days

– Worldwide delivery – Shipping time may vary slightly depending on the country you are located in. Average delivery time for this shipping method is 5-10 working days. If you chose tracked parcel delivery we will provide you with the tracking number, so you can check the location of your parcel and see the estimated delivery time. On the checkout you will be provided with options to choose between standard parcel delivery and tracked parcel delivery. Once the goods are sent out, we will notify you with the email and provide you with the tracking information.
